I invite you to a complimentary session with me. Once we decide to work together, I listen to your story, have you complete a questionnaire, and we co-create your Action Plan. From there, each week, we move you step-by-step to achieve your goals! Most people opt for weekly phone sessions, either 1-2 hours. Some start with two-hour sessions for a few months, then scale back as they feel more secure. Choose a specific focus, or opt for the entire Life Make-Over!
