I work with women who are recently divorced, or going through divorce, supporting them in reclaiming and recreating their power and identity.

Throughout the divorce process and following it we can often feel powerless, overwhelmed, and afraid. We also experience the loss of an identity as “wife”, “life partner” and “beloved” to the person who is now our “ex”. We find ourselves asking, “Who am I now?”

I know about the challenges of divorce from my own experience. I know the importance of having skillful support and a safe container in which to come undone, like the caterpillar who weaves her cocoon in order to completely disintegrate her old form. That cocoon, or chrysalis, is necessary for her to become the radiant butterfly that she is intended for.

I know you may feel heart-broken, betrayed, wrecked, angry, and lost. I want you to know you are not alone. And you do not need to navigate this time in your life on your own.

I offer programs for women that combine unlimited one-on-one coaching, teleclasses, group coaching, and retreat-style workshops. These programs are rich with tools, exercises, support, and community. Through them, you will develop the skills and confidence you need to gracefully let go of the old form of your life, hang out in the uncertainty of the present, and recreate a new life for yourself.
