As a healer and a teacher, I believe that imbalances that surface in our lives are opportunities to participate in a process of reconnection; coming back into balance is an experience of true transformation.
Through my education and training in healing, consciousness, and spirituality, and my early years of work in social services and counseling, I have a strong foundation in working with many types of imbalances across the spectrum of human experience, from physical aliments to emotional and psychic distress. Hatha Yoga from the Heart
Weekly public yoga classes (at Yoga Studio Ganesha, Downtown Sebastopol) affirm the grace of embodiment. Each class is designed around a central theme, weaving alignment instruction with Tantric philosophy and nature-based teachings, which include asana, meditation, pranayama, and therapeutic adjustments.
