I offer sessions either in the traditions of Zen Shiatsu, Thai massage and Breema, where recipients remain clothed to allow maximum mobility of joints, gentle to deep stretching, subtle rocking and stimulation of acupressure points along energy lines, or in the traditions of Swedish and Deep Tissue massage: on a table, with oils. Your session may include suggestions for yoga postures or meditation practice, custom-blended herbal or essential oils, flower essence remedies, reiki, sound healing or crystal healing.
