As a massage practitioner, I offer you the blessing of your body in its movement toward greater health, relaxation, and harmony. As a minister and priestess, I co-create and conduct the ceremony or ritual you desire, whether it be a wedding or commitment ceremony, renewal of vows, baby welcoming ceremony, memorial service, croning ritual, menarche ritual, or other rite of passage.
Spiritual guidance tools available include sacred inquiry and listening, authentic movement, dream work, the nine-day Medicine Wheel Journey, the Voyager Tarot, and many others. I provide a safe and nurturing space to explore the questions of your heart. Inquiry and guidance may include, among others, issues of career, relationships, finances, addiction, connection to Mother Earth, and sacred sexuality.

SPECIALIZATIONS Authentic Movement: What if you could move and make sounds from the depths of your being without censorship? What if someone were there to support and witness your acts of courage, emotion, creativity, excitement, fun, and introspection? Authentic movement is a practice that requires two people: one to move and one to witness.
Ceremonies: Customized weddings, baby welcomings, coming-of-age, memorial services, and other important milestones and life passages. I assist you in creating a ceremony or ritual that meets your needs.
Dream Work: What messages are coming to you in your dreams? Can you read the code? I believe that all dreams come in the service of health and healing, have multiple layers of meaning, and have much to tell us when we honor the dream in our lives.
Nine-Day Medicine Wheel Journey: This journey into the natural world connects you with soul messages and your right place on Mother Earth. It usually requires about 2 hours of committed work each day, is usually conducted outdoors in a favorite place, and can be done even by people confined to bed.
Tarot: Specializing in the Voyager Tarot and also using the Motherpeace deck, I can help you see what wonderful possibilities your life has for you.
Therapeutic Massage: After giving massage to friends for about 30 years, I became a Certified Massage Practitioner in 2007. Come experience a gentle, relaxing, healthful massage in the Swedish-Esalen style.
