PRIVACY
At Eclectic Health we value your privacy. Your identity and contact information is maintained in the Perennial Partners / Eclectic Health database, is strictly confidential, and will never be sold to any third party. Your billing information is kept separately on a password protected computer and is accessed only by the Eclectic Health accountant.

BILLING / SHIPPING
Eclectic Health shall not bill your credit card for any product until that product has shipped. Subscription renewals to the Integrative Wellness Discount Card are the only exception. In all other cases, products are often being shipped to the Eclectic Health fulfillment center before they are shipped to the consumer. Billing your credit card may therefore take up to 7 business days. Shipping is always First Class Postal unless otherwise specified by consumer. All transactions are in U.S. dollars.

REFUND / CANCELLATION
If your shipment arrives damaged or if the contents are expired, Eclectic Health will refund the full amount of your purchase. Customer service must be notified of your refund request within 5 days of receiving your shipment. Your refund will be placed on the same credit card used to make the purchase. At the purchasers request a gift certificate in the amount of the refund may also be issued and applied to a future purchase. Please refer to your Subscriber Agreement for information about canceling your subscription.
