Megan Willson
Megan joined Eclectic Health after working as the Events and
Membership Manager at a renowned environmental non-profit, and brings
with her a commitment to environmental and social justice issues which
guide her enthusiasm for Eclectic Health. Megan graduated from UC
Santa Cruz with a degree in Politics and a minor in Philosophy.
Megan Walrod
Megan has over a decade of experience supporting individuals and
groups through change and transition, honoring their well-being on all
levels. She has gained education and experience in the fields of
Organization Development and Transpersonal Counseling Psychology,
earning degrees from Bowling Green State University and Naropa
University, and experience in the corporate and non-profit sectors. She
brings her passion for growing community to this role with Eclectic
Health as she weaves together people in the world of wellness. Megan is

Karen Nordback
Health Navigator & Integration Specialist
In 1990 Karen began her career in the field of health care working for Womens Health Specialists as a patient advocate. Her innovative role as a Health Care Navigator began in 1996 when she helped to create Healing Alternatives, a holistic health care education and referral service for which she provided guidance to individuals looking to integrate alternative medicine into their health care program. In 1999 Karen was involved in the inception and development of the Integrative Medical Clinic foundation and in 2001 the Integrative Medical Clinic of Santa Rosa. She provided Health Navigation services as the clinics Intake Coordinator for five years, providing education and information regarding integrative treatment plans. In this role as Navigator, Karen has been uniquely immersed in the application and evolution of Integrative Medicine for the last eleven years. She combines her varied training with her strong intuitive sense to hold a safe space for people to explore their health and wellbeing.
Gina Riner
Gina has over twenty years experience in public relations, business communications and event management within the non-profit, financial, health, and high tech sectors. She holds a B.A. in Social Science and completed advanced coursework in marketing communications at San Francisco Sate University. An active member of her community, Gina is the 2004/2005 president of the American Business Women's Association of Sonoma County and is the founder of the Healdsburg Heritage Project.
Teresa Ann Foxworthy
Director of Corporate Wellness
During the last 25 years, Teresa has been pioneering in the
personal growth and transformation arena. Having developed more than 80
Personal Transformation programs, she offers her OPTIMUM WELLNESS
PROGRAMS and related consulting through Eclectic Health to both
corporate, spa, & individual clients. Applying a holistic
philosophy, she has a broad spectrum of programs that are tailored to
fit the particular needs of each person, group, or situation. Her
background includes a B.A. in Liberal & Expressive Arts from Sonoma
State University, a landmark in the humanistic psychology movement.
From there, she spent over 15 years in corporate, clinical, and spa
environments, learning first hand the importance of wellness
management, and developing content for executive coaching, retreats,
& spa treatments. Simultaneously, she spent 17 years studying
Re-Evaluation Counseling and leading related groups. Her coaching and
consulting clients from around the world give rave reviews: Credit
Suisse, Sun Microsystems, Wells Fargo, Smith Barney, UC San Diego, Napa
Hospital, Hewlett-Packard, Great Expectations, Guide Dogs for the
Blind, Planned Parenthood, XDeep, and many others. She spends her time
between the SF Bay Area, L.A./San Diego, and Maryland/DC.

Joshua has been passionate about natural health for about seven years. He is a yoga teacher, organic foods enthusiast, and is currently working
on his Masters Degree in Holistic Nutrition. He is very excited to
be a new member of the team at Eclectic Health and is looking forward to
building and strengthening the holistic health community.

Marti is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley. She is an active member in the North Coast Association of Health Underwriters, and the California Association of Health Underwriters and the National Association of Health Underwriters. Marti is also active in the local Sonoma Chamber of Commerce where she serves as an ambassador to new members. In her free time she is busy with her two children John and Samantha, and her husband John.

John has over 8 years experience as an IT engineer and specializes in database-driven applications to deliver dynamic web content. Fluent in a wide range of programming languages and server-side technologies, he has an extensive knowledge of network and communications hardware design and effective project management. An accomplished artist, John earned a B.A. in Fine Art at San Francisco State University and taught art in several public schools in Sonoma County.
