Josh Holcomb
President & CEO

Josh brings to Eclectic Health nearly 10 years experience in marketing, public relations, and organizational development. With an undergraduate degree in Business Administration (Santa Clara University) and a master's degree in Psychology, Josh is a leading advocate of integrative medicine and healthcare policy reform. Prior to joining Eclectic Health he was a marketing consultant for Perennial Partners and specialized in the LOHAS consumer segment (Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability — a "progressive" marketplace estimated at $215 billion in annual sales). He currently serves on the board of The Council for Humanistic and Transpersonal Psychology, an international group committed to fostering diverse theoretical perspectives in the field of psychology. He lives in Petaluma with his wife Ilka and daughter Sophia.

PERSONAL STATEMENT: "As human beings we are most vital when we participate in life-affirming actions. These actions begin within our own bodies and minds, with our physiological health and mental well-being. Ultimately our personal health and well-being extends outward into our relationships, into our communities and our politics. In order to create a better world for the sake of our children and grandchildren — it is essential that we become whole, healthy human beings."

Megan Willson

Executive Administrator

Megan joined Eclectic Health after working as the Events and Membership Manager at a renowned environmental non-profit, and brings with her a commitment to environmental and social justice issues which guide her enthusiasm for Eclectic Health. Megan graduated from UC Santa Cruz with a degree in Politics and a minor in Philosophy.

Megan Walrod

Outreach Coordinator

Megan has over a decade of experience supporting individuals and groups through change and transition, honoring their well-being on all levels. She has gained education and experience in the fields of Organization Development and Transpersonal Counseling Psychology, earning degrees from Bowling Green State University and Naropa University, and experience in the corporate and non-profit sectors. She brings her passion for growing community to this role with Eclectic Health as she weaves together people in the world of wellness. Karen Nordback
Health Navigator & Integration Specialist

In 1990 Karen began her career in the field of health care working for Women’s Health Specialists as a patient advocate. Her innovative role as a Health Care Navigator began in 1996 when she helped to create Healing Alternatives, a holistic health care education and referral service for which she provided guidance to individuals looking to integrate alternative medicine into their health care program. In 1999 Karen was involved in the inception and development of the Integrative Medical Clinic foundation and in 2001 the Integrative Medical Clinic of Santa Rosa. She provided Health Navigation services as the clinic’s Intake Coordinator for five years, providing education and information regarding integrative treatment plans. In this role as Navigator, Karen has been uniquely immersed in the application and evolution of Integrative Medicine for the last eleven years. She combines her varied training with her strong intuitive sense to hold a safe space for people to explore their health and wellbeing.

Gina Riner

Director of Professional Programs

Gina has over twenty years experience in public relations, business communications and event management within the non-profit, financial, health, and high tech sectors. She holds a B.A. in Social Science and completed advanced coursework in marketing communications at San Francisco Sate University. An active member of her community, Gina is the 2004/2005 president of the American Business Women's Association of Sonoma County and is the founder of the Healdsburg Heritage Project.

Teresa Ann Foxworthy
Director of Corporate Wellness

During the last 25 years, Teresa has been pioneering in the personal growth and transformation arena. Having developed more than 80 Personal Transformation programs, she offers her OPTIMUM WELLNESS PROGRAMS and related consulting through Eclectic Health to both corporate, spa, & individual clients. Applying a holistic philosophy, she has a broad spectrum of programs that are tailored to fit the particular needs of each person, group, or situation. Her background includes a B.A. in Liberal & Expressive Arts from Sonoma State University, a landmark in the humanistic psychology movement. From there, she spent over 15 years in corporate, clinical, and spa environments, learning first hand the importance of wellness management, and developing content for executive coaching, retreats, & spa treatments. Simultaneously, she spent 17 years studying Re-Evaluation Counseling and leading related groups. Her coaching and consulting clients from around the world give rave reviews: Credit Suisse, Sun Microsystems, Wells Fargo, Smith Barney, UC San Diego, Napa Hospital, Hewlett-Packard, Great Expectations, Guide Dogs for the Blind, Planned Parenthood, XDeep, and many others. She spends her time between the SF Bay Area, L.A./San Diego, and Maryland/DC.

With the impact of innovative, economic, and social globalization, it’s essential for each of us to re-humanize amidst our hi-tech world and develop personal and professional strategies to bridge diverging concerns. Veronica Torres
Well-Being Expo Coordinator

Veronica Torres moved to the Sonoma Valley in 1999 and felt like she had finally found home. She immediately became involved with the local Holistic community and eventually produced five Healing & Spirituality Festivals where local practitioners and vendors were able to share their work with the community. Additionally, she invited healers from outside of the Valley for special events and has hosted folks from as far away as Brazil and Peru. She spent a year as the co-host of the weekday show, Mornings in Sonoma on KSVY 91.3 FM, Sonoma' s community radio station. Before coming to Sonoma she worked in the insurance field, ran the front desk for a very busy Chiropractic office, did billing for an Acupuncturist, and managed the office of a Naturopathic Doctor.

PERSONAL STATEMENT: "I have always been able to facilitate the connection of those who need healing and those who have healing to offer. It is very satisfying for me to be in that role. Eclectic Health offers me an opportunity to expand my gift of connection to serve my entire community. Now is the time for this new way of experiencing health care!"

Joshua Spitz
Retail Relations – Sonoma/Napa

Joshua has been passionate about natural health for about seven years. He is a yoga teacher, organic foods enthusiast, and is currently working on his Master’s Degree in Holistic Nutrition. He is very excited to be a new member of the team at Eclectic Health and is looking forward to building and strengthening the holistic health community.

Marti Murray
Insurance Specialist

After more than 20 years experience in the medical insurance field, Marti is very knowledgeable of all of the plans and carriers in the Northern California health insurance marketplace. Marti is able to guide you through the health insurance maze in a clear and understandable way, so that you get the right plan that is tailored to your own personal needs and budget. For those looking for a mix of alternative approaches to health care and the peace of mind of traditional health insurance, Marti has solutions to help individuals and employer groups optimize this unique blended approach.

Marti is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley. She is an active member in the North Coast Association of Health Underwriters, and the California Association of Health Underwriters and the National Association of Health Underwriters. Marti is also active in the local Sonoma Chamber of Commerce where she serves as an ambassador to new members. In her free time she is busy with her two children John and Samantha, and her husband John.

PERSONAL STATEMENT: "Health Insurance is not a one size fits all type of product. There are many different approaches to protecting yourself against a heavy financial burden. My goal is to educate consumers so that they have the knowledge they need to make an informed choice on how they pay for their health care."

Garth Jordan
Graphic Designer

Garth has over 11 years experience as a graphic designer and specializes in corporate communication systems, e-commerce sites, Flash video and multi-media projects. Garth previously was Vice President and Founder of Marinternet, and for six years was an award-winning designer at Pentagram Design in San Francisco. After serving eight years in the Navy, Garth earned a B.A. in Graphic Design from the Academy of Art College in San Francisco.

John Cummings
Website Engineer

John has over 8 years experience as an IT engineer and specializes in database-driven applications to deliver dynamic web content. Fluent in a wide range of programming languages and server-side technologies, he has an extensive knowledge of network and communications hardware design and effective project management. An accomplished artist, John earned a B.A. in Fine Art at San Francisco State University and taught art in several public schools in Sonoma County.
