What happens when you apply:
(1) By submitting your application, you agree to our Terms & Conditions above.
(2) Once your application is approved, you will receive an email detailing 3 simple steps for finalizing your participation with us.
(3) Within five business days, you will also receive by mail a receipt for your startup fee, your own Eclectic Health discount card, some administrative guidelines, and a printed copy of our Terms & Conditions.
In this New Year we are committed to strengthening the "referral network" aspect of the Holistic Chambers. Are you looking for referrals? Are you looking to grow your network to know who to refer to for various issues? Our networking events provide excellent forums within which to grow your own referral network.
